Clearing this device’s copy of the app
This removes the stored app and signs you out on this device only. Your records are on the server and are not affected. You will be taken to the sign-in screen in a moment.
If sign-in still fails after this
- If you added the portal to your home screen, delete that icon and open clinical.niepid.in in the browser instead.
- iPhone: Settings → Safari → Advanced → Website Data → remove clinical.niepid.in.
- Android: Chrome → ⓘ beside the address → Cookies and site data → Delete.
- Then open clinical.niepid.in/reset once more.
